Today the company DAR ZMEN plans to extend and set up points of sale abroad in order to discover Tunisian scents and flavors abroad, with its delicacies of refined Tunisian pastries and know-how. which comes from this long experience which dates back many years with recipes which come from the Tunisian drawer.

A universe of taste and scents that provides a unique moment through also the traditional Tunisian spices and couscous.

Founded in 1998 by Mrs SONIA MATRI, the company DAR ZMEN was inspired by the origin of traditional Tunisian cakes. The Andalusians who had the greatest influence on the recipes as well as on the aspect of what are today our Baklawas, our Kaaks, our Ghraybas, Since the dawn of time, the consumption of cakes is generally reserved for parties and at major ceremonies their ingredients are selected from what nature offers us most noble, sweet and precious: refined wheat, almonds, honey, fine butter, fragrance essences, After graduation from the Sidi Dhrif specialty school pastry shop, she perfected and developed her know-how as a pastry chef at major renowned hotels such as: "Hôtel Palace Gammarth" and "La Jeté La Goulette".

This is how she decides to launch her own account by opening a small artisanal pastry making workshop and will then start a very flourishing career which will lead her to respond to large orders from multitudes of hotel chains and companies including the MOURADI chain, Corintheya chain, Golden TULIPE chain, LAICO Tunis, LAICO Hammamet, Tunisia Catering.
